It said I have a free 3-day trial so I downloaded it to try it out. When it turns out it is not compatible with my TV, I proceeded to unsubscribe. But it turns out they billed me anyway for ONE YEAR. How do I request for a refund? I cannot use the product.

You have been warned, do not disregard. I saw some reviews here, and I disregarded them. Now, I have a Php 209.00 charge in my account. I was guaranteed that I would have a 3 days free trial, but it automatically charged my account. It would have been forgivable if the app functioned to what it was expected. But lo and behold! IT’S CRAP!!! Casting choices was my iPhone, my AndroidTV is not even showing!!! I wonder how we can report this so that it will be removed here and will no longer continue in scamming people. For the developers, I hope you can sleep at night. I hope you won’t be haunted with all the customers you have scammed. Apple - PAY ATTENTION! YOU HAVE AN ILLEGAL SCAMMER APP IN YOUR STORE! Embarrassing!

Absolutely trash , they said free 3 days but you still need to subscribe before to claim the 3days free trial , now I don’t know how to unsubscribe my bank account on this app cause it’s automatically deduct in account

Very poor service! Screen mirror not working!!! Can’t access anything. They are even trying to lure me for free trial but not working as well! 0 star for this app!
