Wanted me to pay 500 bucks extra, I refused cause they offered that online. Problems with the website is not my concern. Back home on Christmas Day machine is damaged and I needed to pay 1700 extra, so they have the money from the first flight. Quality of the service is terrible, these guys are an absolute disappointment in every part of the service…

There was a jet available at 20:30, but no jet at 20:00, to chose the jet at 20:30 you had to search for a jet at 21:30 and then update your search to 20:30, directly choosing 20:30 was not possible
