Worst company ever. Somehow they sent my parcel to the wrong address and it never arrived hence got resent back to India as I couldn’t do anything from my side. Now I want my money back but instead they even want me to pay for a redelivery and keep saying the same stuff without reading my emails. Don’t trust them and rather use a more professional website to order dresses from!
I order my parcels last 7 years but always make problems sometime something always missing in parcel and sometime they didn’t give parcel and didn’t give money back And too time taking 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Ppl, keep care, they are scammers! Ordered 4 dresses with costume stichting on 30 January for 114€ via Paypal, got told in same day that my measurements not possible and i have to pay double amount, means again 114€. I requested to cancel the order and refund me. One week no reply to my request and i open a PayPal deput. Some days before the deadline of this deput i got an email that they cancelled the order and will refund me within 7 days, this was 12 days ago and no refund or dresses. I dont know how or why, but PayPal closed the deput in favour for Mirraw, even though i screenshoot all conversations with mirraw and uploaded to the dispute. So ppl keep care, here you just loose your money for nothing.
I had buy 4 dress and I set Jewellery in Beginning September. Now we are in mid of November I still didn’t receive it. Every time I wrote them an Email they ask for time. Now months had gone still no reply. I kindly request you to refund me my money back.
I wish I read reviews before using this app the are the worst I have ever seen , they charge you twice and even sent a damaged and incomplete item ,, they are scammers

Worst of all online services!!! These people should be banned from doing any sales and total cheaters to customer. Please do not fall into this trap. app shows PayPal as preferred method of payment Indeed debits your bank account but makes the order as a failure in their server.They close the order and inform us.I would never recommend. For every query 24 hours minimum and 72 hours and above max wait time. I am waiting for 10 days now for a simple answer.
This place is expensive but the cloths they sent us look so cheap and don’t even smell like new cloths. Not worth your money look for some other website.
