Missive - Email, Chat & Tasks

I’ve been using Missive for a while now and it’s the best email application on the market. Absolutely worth the subscription too.

This has become my #1 comms app. Everything all in one place, super easy to use, I absolutely love it. Worth 6 stars!!! BUT, on my iPhone, whenever I open the app, I’m persistently stuck on the white screen and nothing actually loads. So the app is actually, from a technical standpoint, largely useless. I really hope the devs fix this soon 🤞

I use quite a few emails addresses. I’d been using Newton Email for years but it’s shutting down again so was looking for a replacement. This is brilliant. Easy to set up. Only thing missing is read receipts.

The desktop app is amazing, the iOS app really lets its down. It’s very slow and takes forever to open

My team has been using missive for around 18 months and it has massively helped our productivity and streamlined our workflow. With no more need to CC colleagues in on emails or forward them over to them. Simply tagging someone into an email gives them full access. It has improved massively in the last few months and the speed and fluidity of the app on iOS and Mac is now so much better. Searching is still a little slow for my liking and instant contact email history would be a great thing to come (I hear on the grapevine this is being worked on and should be available soon anyway). The support is also second to none. I have tried other apps powered by bugger companies but left waiting days for support replies. Despite being only a team of three, the guys at missive are super attentive and friendly. Looking forward to the features that arrive in 2019 for missive - definitely worth investing in a subscription for any team that uses email.

Way too slow and glitchy. Feels like an app still in alpha stages.

Tried to login with google as usual and now it just says email already taken!

All works great. Clearly just a mobile version of the desktop app but it functions fine. Could the dev(s) please add a dark mode option to the app icon? At night it is so bright on my screen… Also widgets would be nice but the app icon seems far easier.
