The truck used to come down on our street every Saturday afternoon, but no longer does, even though I see and hear the truck on the next street. Why does t the truck go down our street any more? Who to contact to get the truck to go down Bothell Circle San Jose?

You guys serve great ice creams! I live on Greenwood in San Carlos and I never see you guys out here. I know you would make a killing as there are a lot of children always! Please come by our neighborhood more! Thanks and keep up the great work!

App stopped showing truck locations

such a light as these has the potential to bring to life shal not be prohibited. The world a dark dark place full of hatred and blame. simply the only thing that bring the little joy to society shall not under any circumstances sound like a shakepeareab kären. i was walking in the road when a mr softy truck sMaCkEd its big behind into my big behind. i said “excuse me kind sit, how disrespectful” to which he responded (read in southern accent) “maam your big behind just got in the gash darn way” so then i took him to court and he only had to give me ice cream for life. I DEMAND WE STAND UP FOR THOSE HURT BY THIS MONSTERUS COMPANY, WE. STAND. UNITED

These guys come around precisely at dinner time in our neighborhood….. pretty sure my kids have drained their college accounts to buy ice cream each and every time…. brilliant !!

Doesn’t work

Ok, I want some Mr Softee. But is the truck in my area? Never. Why can’t I get an alert when the truck is within five miles of my location? I would gladly drive to you. Make it happen

The app doesn’t work. It’s the most u helpful app ever created. It doesn’t help you find a Mister Softee. It just has you opening the app hoping you can like an idiot.

First of all, Everytime I open this app it tries to demand permission to background refresh. Folks, let me tell you, I don’t want a bunch of apps constantly running background refresh and draining my battery life. Put in an option for only while using or something, for crying out loud. It’s dumb that it doesn’t let me opt out of background refresh. Second of all, it would be really nice if truck location also showed approximate time truck is expected to be at a location - potentially with an option to view future scheduled locations/times to make it easier to plan. Lastly, I showed up once and the truck was on out accepting cash. I ended up scrounging quarters out of my change purse to pay for my tasty treat. It would be nice if the app showed which payment methods the truck was accepting. Lastly sometimes the line gets really long. I once stood in line for over an hour to get some ice cream. It would be nice if the app offered some kind of idea of current wait times.
