I am so over this stupid app telling me that Emergency Alert setup is needed every time an update is done, or even just randomly. Get a proper developer or just remove the app.

Why does this app require constant updating ? You update this week and next week there’s a new version required , every single time!!!

This app barely works.

The app keeps repeatedly asking for full location access at all times. If you give it access it completely destroys your battery life.

The app is not working i can’t login Very poor i wonder if it works during ermegency

Try to login, app says incorrect details or user doesn’t exist, try to register says user already exists, try to login says user doesn’t exist….so it goes round and round. Consultant at MiWay says I must send a screenshot of problem, refuse to assist otherwise! App doesn’t work, MiWay can’t assist.

In a crisis moment this can really let you down where you can’t use the app because it’s outdated and you never even got one notification about that before.

Can’t open my app

I was called by a consultant, said he reset the app for me but still not working. I have downloaded it on two different devices, not working at all.

2 years later and the app is still giving issues. I can’t log in. All your developer comments say your aim is to ensure good customer service but nothing has changed. What is the point?! Your call centre takes forever and when I opt for the call me back option, it takes a day for them to call back. In this technological day and age..? Unacceptable. And don’t tell me to send an email, cause clearly that hasn’t helped!
