为什么突然扣我88？？？？要求退费
我于7月27日中午一点多从apple store下载 这个APP，进入后软件自动弹出试用窗口，说可以免费体验3天会员，我点了确定，但并未给我提供免费试用的机会，我以为软件bug，于是卸载了该软件，7月28日上午九点左右微信收到自动付款消息，显示该APP自动续费年会员，扣了我88块钱。我没有要买这个会员，且免费试用3天也没有给我，他们就直接扣费了。因此我当天晚上在官网进行发起退款申请，但是被拒绝了。后续多次与苹果客服沟通，申请了第二次退款机会，也被拒绝退款。请给我退款！！！！我没有购买的意愿！！！！并且我一次都没有用！！！！

免费试用三天直接扣费88元，而不是先试用三天第四天开始扣费，不查账单还不知道，典型欺诈
