Horrible. Progressively worse over past years.
Random freezing of app, unable to listen to anything stuck with a buffering icon and/or a "!" mark stating 'something went wrong.' This has been going on for MANY YEARS now, like well over 3-4 years to my recollection of personal experience. Absolutely no support of any kind to address their failing platform. Sometimes the freezing only happens once ina few months, other times it happens every few days, and when they do happen usually it stays frozen an unable to use for that entire day. But lately it's been permanent it seems, as it's now been almost a full 2 days of the app being in a frozen state(can navigate within the app but any attempt at playing anything results in the freezing of attempted audio to listen to). No work-arounds like closing app-reopening app, nor deleting the app - reinstalling the app, nor shutting phone off-on, nothing ever works when this happens. In todays' age, this is really quite... well... a bit ridiculous
