It has some good core features but needs many more settings and improvements to be a fire and forget solution for a dance floor/party. * Better control for the length of song being played. Current options 25%-50% or full song gives some really stupid results. An option with adjustable length (2 min for example) or maybe an option to play 2 drops/choruses. * Be able to ban songs, artists, genre etc. I was playing a EDM playlist but the AI insisted on picking rap, soft pop and other songs completely ruining the mood. Had to skip, skip, skip. Being able to ban songs would fix that. * Make the Smartmixer follow a curve for intensity. A real DJ doesn’t start with all the bangers in the beginning when people hasn’t arrived yet. But follows a rising curve in intensity. So an option for how long the party will be and the climax or multiple climaxes will be. Maybe be able to put songs in different buckets for which songs to use at certain points along the night. I have more but these are some of my points I think need to be fixed/improved.

Simple stuff effective

I rarely write reviews, but this app has brought me such joy that I want to ensure others use it! It has completely changed my listening experience for the better. I was looking for a DJ app that I could use to play/sync with my well-curated Spotify playlists and could handle song transitions (BPM, vibe) in a better way than just using ‘shuffle’. In addition, I like my playlists to be ‘alive’ (evolving with new songs), and the new song suggestions are almost always perfect. This is a great app and I am now a willing monthly subscriber as of today. Well done to the team behind this.

This app looks nice and the mix transitions are also great! I do however have issues with loading times in general; my music library contains over 12000 tracks and I have to wait minutes each time I click on the Artists tab. Resolving the loading issues would be appreciated a lot! 🙏

This is a great app to listen to your favorite songs and mix music. Would like to see a mic added to record DJ mixes.

Just downloaded that app. It works just as intended, easy to use from the start and no long set up process . Please add YouTube music.

am loving the app so far i was just wondering whether or not spotify recognizes the songs being played and will count them towards the yearly spotify wrapped
