I would be nice to be able to set default speed and power instead of having to change it every time. Also when selecting an image it would be nice if the cropping was an option and not mandatory for every pictures. Sometimes I upload an image that is ready and the manual cropping sometimes misplace the image and it isn’t centered anymore. Other than that I love being able to use this program to engrave with my laser.

I feel as if the app was put together by an AI for a simple man’s job or child. There is no customizations like displayed on the website. However, it does work as depicted on the App Store. Nothing special just a different way to follow the laser progress.

Won’t connect to the laser at all. Waste of my money and my time.

I have an iPhone. The app will not connect with the laser. I followed the manual. Please fix.

Worked Great out of the box then had connection problems then the IP Address changed twice which was a caught and adjusted. Got it to work one more time and then nothing. Now I have a laser engraver that doesn’t work because of this APP Failure.

It doesn’t work. Waisted time

It will not let me upload the picture after editing to start engraving on my machine. I am using my iPhone and it isn’t letting me start my project and I need to use my machine. Please update or fix this issue.

Ran some test files on my TS2 and everything worked great, super easy to use. Make sure you have an SD card in your engraver or you’ll get the upload error like the other reviewers had (operator error)..

The app won't connect or stay connected. Yes, the ip information is correct. I can access the web interface from same phone but the app won't connect.
