Mlem for Lemmy

The app is great, thank you. The only feature I miss is the ability to set Reader mode as default when opening links. I like to use the app to read news, and reader mode makes it a lot more comfortable in low light environments, while also removing intrusive ads.

UI is very friendly and user centred but missing one thing so far: not being able to zoom out on pictures. Congratulations on such a good development!

For its first release this is great! It inherits some of Lemmys UI quirks, but that’s hardly the apps fault and does it’s best to smooth things out.

Try to log in, see a green check mark and then get told that my account information couldn't be found, and to file a bug report. No bug report button, no email given, nothing. I tried.

No way to change font size? Way too small for me to read.

I’ve tried several lemmy apps but I’m staying with this one. All of the features I need are here except one. I could really use a cross post functionality. Other than this, I’m all set… finally. So glad to have found this app. You’re doing great. Keep up the good work.

This really is a comparable experience to Apollo but with Lemmy. Lemmy is not as vibrant as Reddit yet, but y’all efforts with this make it so much more likely that this will happen. Huge thanks! I know the UI apps can be an immense amount of work. If you’re looking to move away from Reddit (which is centralized under the control of people who just don’t have the mods or reader’s best interests in mind) then this is an excellent way to go. It truly is a comparable experience and re-emphasizes the original intentions of the internet as a place with options.

Great job to the devs who made this app. Love the buttery smooth animations, such as collapsing comments. Would be nice to have collapse all by default like Apollo did! 😀
