I have no problems downloading any other apps to my phone, but with this app every time I try to download it it does not even work.

This app is very resourceful. I use it more than I do desktop on my computer.

When adding to my calendar, some of the notes didn’t show up. Didn’t show the code.

This app can be improved so it's more inviting to open. Make it look like Zillow where the recipient sees a photo of the home/homes when they click on the message, instead of a link that just states " look at this property" .

I wish the app had the same search criteria as the desktop app. For example, why would the app not even have the ability to search for a school district when the computer can?

App is great overall! noticed a minor issue when selecting each parcel. Sometimes it does not allow you to select the parcel to quick view the tax rolls. If this could be more intuitive and quick it would be a game changer!

As the replacement to the extremely user and agent friendly homesnap, so far the experience hasn’t been the best. The user experience is clunky. It takes quite a bit of time to look at a specific neighborhood or zip code, the settings automatically reset to active and coming soon when trying to find comps in a specific location when you’re in the moment. Everything is in drop down format instead of a scrollable list, forcing us to look at each specific tab to see information. I have to log in to my mls to see listing documents (my mls is not mobile friendly). Google street view is not available. I’m stuck into looking at comps within a 30% range. I can’t click on the map anymore on the street or see the est values or recent sales of the surrounding homes. Even entering an address is challenging, unless it is actively for sale. There are no more links to the registered county data on the property, or mortgage information. It was also helpful before to look up an agent you might be dealing with and see their sales history with ease. These are the features I miss from homesnap. It’s also why it’s hard to use app in the field, it’s almost easier to log straight in to my not mobile friendly mls page. I am mentioning all of this because I really hope someone really works on improving this app to be more agent friendly.

I WISH WE HAD HOMESNAP AGAIN URGGHH. This app is super glitchy, always comes up with 0 properties found, more steps to send text messages, and just all around needs a technology update. Can you add a feature that would allow for taking pics of properties and obtaining info?

Very difficult to search for properties. Reset search settings. Plug in a specific address. No results. Plug in mls number. No results. Performance is so intermittent as to render this app only mildly helpful. If I zoom in to maps and know the specific property I’m wondering about, I can find it. Otherwise, no results. Also the updates lag compared to any other industry website. I shouldn’t be finding a property on Zillow before I find it on our MLS sanctioned app… What’s up guys?
