I have received my order yesterday the shoes were amazing thanks only the delivery was 3 days late

Not at all easy to use, first time seeing an app this bad. This app is just for wasting your time, as we took effort adding the products, while trying to process the order will get stuck and all added items will be removed.

First time in my life I encountered WORST EVER online shopping experience, CUSTOMER AGENT cannot help you!!! No updates, no emails. They will tell you they will call you back but after 1week nobody will call you UNLESS YOU WILL CALL THEM. There is no communication between their managements on what’s going on about the clients order!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Dont waste your time and your energy to call them . Believe me.

I ordered a SuperGa slide for 60aed at a discounted price but ended up receiving a fake one that doesn’t even worth 30aed Again I ordered for a Blue Guess slide only to receive a green one. That’s height of misrepresentations. You don’t hype up your price for a fake product then cut it to half just to deceive customers that you’re doing discount sales. I won’t forgive you for this unless I get compensated.

Unfortunately I received not original Lacoste T-shirt and sneakers despite the price was high

They send me wrong item and then asking for delivery fee to give me alternative

I have spent time finding and choosing items to buy. Then paid and wait for days just to be notified that all orders have been cancelled. Will never buy from your app.
