OTP’s don’t go through, always fails to register, and zero customer service.. not gonna trust them with my money

Very very bad application i can not login from 2 days and no customer service available all weekend days and no social media service.

Rates are higher than local market which is already higher than the global market !!! App idea is good but digitizing the gold purchase must be competitive to encourage people to use not the opposite !!! Digitization doesn't mean paying more.

The prices are more expensive than local market although local prices is even more expensive than global prices. I liked the idea of regulating gold prices in Egypt with more transparency under the government authority and digital transactions but this doesn’t mean I have to pay more premium to invest in this service, you need to have competitive pricing per gram to be less than informal local market to attract customers not the opposite. Although I have approved account I will not do any investments on this App till it has a fair pricing less than local retailers not more. Digitizing the service doesn’t mean charging more!
