Doesn’t have the ability to do the same operation as being on a desktop. If the user who signs in has a higher level of access, the user should have the same abilities to conduct business the same on a mobile app and the desktop app. It shouldn’t be different, just the looks

Every day I get logged out and have to re register my profile and create a password… every day! If that changed it would be 5 stars

This app is very sketchy,about every 2-3 service request I have to turn my phone off and back on toe reset the app because it won’t load,I have never been able to sign in on the mobile app,I have to go through the sign in process and wait for it to tell me invalid,then I have to click on one site and sign in with that,then the app will work,at least for a couple service request then I have to turn my phone off and back on to reset the app,it’s the only thing that will work,awful app,my opinion trash it and start completely over

This app has a terrible interface. Usability is limited and crashes often. Apps like SightPlan are way more user friendly and practical

It’s horrible I have redo my credentials every time this is the biggest let down I’ve ever used in a mobile facilities app

Works like it’s supposed to.

I would not want to work with out it, it’s an excellent tool for maintenance.

This app has to be one of the worst apps ever made….

Several times during the day program fails to operate. Have to constantly sign-in. (Not just the passcode) When adding photos to service requests, I get kicked out attaching each photo. This is annoying.
