Unable to activate prepaid SIM with app
I bought a prepaid card, downloaded the Birdie app, followed instructions to register an account and entered my credit card info. The app says that hk$1 will be deducted. My bank shows hk$1 has been deducted, but Birdie did not receive the payment. I tried the WhatsApp service but no one can help me. Their reply was a robotic message saying I should click “Confirm” to complete the process. There is no “Confirm” to click. I tried the process twice and my bank is showing $2 deducted. My prepaid plan still cannot be used. Please help as no one else can help me.
