Every step of using this app requires a load time. It takes so long to get from one field to another. Such a complete waste of time trying to perform a simple task. I only use this because of our company incentive but would gladly never use it again if I had a choice.

I can rarely get into this app. Constant buffering!!

Went thru the process to link my Garmin account, but this app cannot load activity from my account. I’ve unlinked and re-linked it, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, still nothing for three months now.

This is absolutely ridiculous, I just can’t get the app to link to my iPhone Health app and unable to participate in challenges and sync up my steps etc to get credits from my employer. Please fix this issue ASAP or tell me what am I doing wrong. Support is non-existent.

I can’t complete the Health Assessment on the app please help

This site is very slow and crashes quite a bit. I am suppose to complete journey for a discount from my employer. I spend a lot of wasted time on this app to save money and quite honestly I don’t learn a thing from this app.

This app is so slow. So much time is wasted waiting to get from screen to screen with “updating”. I’ve used this app for several years, and with increased technology they should be able to figure out a way to resolve this delay. The menu in the app is not user friendly. There is no easy way to get to digital therapeutics. You need to go through the rewards menu to even find it. When doing the Stress journey, I wrote this app causes stress as it is not easy to use and that is so frustrating.

App fails to work every January… obviously exceeding its capabilities…

My employer forces me to use this app to get a discount on my health insurance. It’s not much but every little bit helps. This app is ridiculous to begin with. If employers cared they would provide decent benefits to their employees instead of paying their executives millions of dollars a year. Instead I’m wasting my time off completing this nonsense and the app is agonizingly slow and crashing. Do better. I’m sure you were paid well. Unlike me.
