Mobile Link for Generators

This is possibly the most useless app I’ve ever seen. There is no remote functionality other than changing the “exercise “ time. Advertised as Wi-Fi enabled system, this fails. I want my money back on the generator and installation.

There seems to be a splash screen that never goes away. Can’t do anything with the app in its current state.

It’s a very basic application even with the paid subscription and after the new update. You can’t run the generator or turn it off from the app. You can’t even change the status from off to manual to automatic. You can do nothing this app is just to take info and get notifications. Please add new features. Come on Generac.also to mention that we paid thousands of $$ for this generator and you want us to pay for the subscription too?It’s a rip off.

The app is not working. It shows a drawing and you cannot go to another screen.totally useless

App doesn’t allow me to edit my phone number in personal settings. I can get as far as pressing the edit number button but as soon as I attempt to enter the first digit it crashes.

The new app is not working. Is displaying only a nice drawing of a house with nothing happening after that. I did uninstall/reinstall but no success.

Proceeded with AppStore update and the starts but nothing goes further than the startup screen for the app. Not information on generac installed, screen is blank and not useful. Please advise, verify or update. Btw this service for app is not free, please fix quickly!

Does what it’s suppose todo!

The app keeps sending notes that the generator is not connected to WiFi. The generator panel says that it is connected with a signal strength of over 50%. $20k to install the system and the app can’t tell me if I’m protected. Need to get it fixed!
