Mobile OTRS

The long-awaited Mobile OTRS app is here, the iOS version of the PC-based OTRS10 Kaizen software.
OTRS is a tool used for Kaizen (improvement) in manufacturing and a variety of industries.
OTRS allows you to perform video-based motion analysis, and utilize the analysis results for identifying fluctuations in production time and performing comparisons between work styles.
*OTRS is an acronym for Operation Time Research Software.

1. Video Recording: Start/stop video recording and zoom in/out from the video recording icon.
2. Work Analysis: Divide work elements by recording/stopping video recorded with this product.
3. Cycle Time Analysis: Analyze up to 20 cycles.
4. All Cycle Aggregation: Display fluctuations in all work elements and identify best and worst time.
5. Video Comparison: Display comparative playback comparing two videos.
6. Data Export: Export Analysis Data (CSV) and OTRS Data (.otrs) to other applications.
7. OTRS10 System Linkage: Import and export Analysis Data created by OTRS10.
8. Real-time Analysis: Work elements can be defined, measured and updated in real-time whilst recording video.
9. Creation of Standardized Work Combination Chart: Create a uniaxial Standardized Work Combination Chart isplaying time for manual work, machine operation, waiting, and walking.
