Can use Dynamic DNS
The app seems to only accept IP addresses as “valid urls”. That’s silly. Remove this stupid check and let any URL that resolves to the proper location work please.

Would be much more functional if I could not only unlock but also lock portals remotely. Considering bad weather, staff leaving early, etc is when doors need to be locked.
This app used to be great but for 5 months I haven’t had access to my cameras because of some update that they put out which made it incompatible with iPhone 12.
The app, typically speaking, is quite functional and significantly more reliable than the previous version. I’d love to see FaceID unlock and custom launch screens as options though. While always defaulting to “activity” is better than nothing, we typically find that users want this for quick unlock access of doors on the go where they are remotely taking a call and waiting for status to load before switching to portals, and then waiting for that to load can take some time.
Several of the features do not work that should work in the app. Cannot see multiple cameras at one time. Locks up often. Not great and S2/Lenell have no other alternatives.
Also the button action on the iPhone to unlock doors is inconsistent and the button sticks.
This app is nearly worthless and does not run well on newer phones. One cannot easily slide the key to unlock a door. Sometimes it works other times it does not. If you have or want, or think you want a S2 system do not let a company tell you that you can easily control your doors with a phone app. You have to have a computer to do the simplest of tasks. We’ve spent $110k+ with a security company who doesn’t even know how to use this application and dismisses it when we troubleshoot issues and load the app. The S2 login page on a computer loads on Safari with my XS, but I cannot perform any programming or easy locking or unlocking of schedules. This app is supposed to be a basic app for limited amount of control from what I can tell. However the app is so limited and frequently doesn’t work.
Nice that it can see a live long but would like the logs to have a custom period where you can go back farther. Also would be very nice if you could assign door access to users through the app.
