I was able to view our electricity bill earlier without any issues but now an advisory about charges for WESM for July, August and September pops up and the app just won’t do anything else anymore! Can’t close the advisory, can’t use the app no more!

Ilang beses na ako tumawag sa customer service nyo tapos iba yung nasa system nila at yung nasa app.
Bigla nalang kayo naglalagay ng previous balance kahit binabayaran naman namin kada buwan yung bill.
Hindi ko alam kung nagsasabi din ba talaga ng totoo yung customer service nyo. Nakakapagod kayo.
Need some fixing
I always call the hotline but the agent encourage me to download the app and when I downloaded it and try to register it ask me the bill any of the latest 3 bill I enter exactly the total charge but they didn’t accept it I tried couple of times yet still doesn’t match eventhou I eneter it correctly well your app is useless better call the hotline

Nakakaloka tong app na to. Every month na lang kami di nakakapasok ng mom ko para makita yung bill namin. Nabibwisit na ako kasi every time maglolog in kami may aberya. Please naman po pakiayos ng app niyo since gusto niyo po maging paperless. Help us help you po para mabigay niyo po yung service na maganda. Wag niyo po sana paasahin yung mga customer niyo. Nakakainit po ng ulo.

Convenient
I love that we could check our current and past bills. We’re only renting and we just moved to another apartment. I removed the acct of our prev. apartment, but I still receive text updates of that account. Kinda annoying, hindi tayo maka-move on.
