Crashes, boots me out, freezes, goes offline and it’s not counting all deliveries anymore.

Freezes, crashes and pinpoints on the map are very inaccurate sometimes. It goes “offline” half the time and doesn’t count some of the packages you deliver. Meaning you get ripped off and lose money

Most useless app with lot of bugs and hangs

How to fix: 1: Fire the entire development crew of this junk app 2: Quit being a delivery driver Not even a single bit of UX research goes into this app. The navigation on IOS takes the persons name and places it on the map. Instead of the address. Like, who the hell does that. You have to switch back to the app to get the house number as all the map shows is NA if the name is blank or the name. Useless.

Other people in my workplace have downloaded this app and it works fine. I on the other hand can’t get past a screen asking for username and customer name that nobody else gets.

It deserves no stars. If your lucky enough to get it to work it locks up and freezes. Just like anything to do with Aus Post, useless. Not enough testing before launch. So many bugs to iron out. Good luck

New update needed

It hangs often specially when you change your mind and go back to do something or if someone rings on the phone, very annoying!

Its crashes a lot and freeze if go from one option to another

You just keep clicking but it’s not going to work until you force close. Doesn’t scan easily. Always waste time on it.
