Truly useless

I have never opened it twice in a row and been able to use it on the second try. Comically awful; it was outdated ten years ago, and it’s gotten steadily worse.

Do not use this app.

This app crashes each time it is used. I have to login every time I open it. It automatically logs me out. I don’t have time to have to login while I’m driving. There is no customer service for this. I have talked to one guy and he made excuses, like I did not know what I was talking about.

I’ve been using this app since 2015 and it has only gotten worse over the years. When I slipped the app down to hide it to use my phone, it logged me out immediately and then I have to log back in to get the information I need. Before this last update addresses and phone numbers were highlighted so that all I had to do was touch it and it opened it my map, or it opened in my phone in the case of the phone number. The app no longer highlights these features. Fortunately, Dispatch has informed me that we will be changing apps this spring.

Inconvenient map

Use to be able to click on pick up or delivery address and it load into my map of choice. Now I have to copy and paste over to map. Very inconvenient to courier on the go.

APP IS A DISASTER

This app service is a disaster and they don’t update it frequently, takes months for them to roll out updates and until that happens you’re stuck with a bugged app. Not Recommend!

OUTDATED

This app is outdated. Major bugs after iPhone software update Not recommended!

Crashes way too much

The app was just ok to begin with but now it just sconstantly crashes and you have to delete the entire app just to download again and crash again. Just done at this point

Do not use this app

It crashes and is not responsive. I called customer service and they are most condescending that I would dare suggest their app may have a flaw.

The reliability...

...of this app has a lot in common with the memory capacity of the average goldfish. Prepare for a lot of crashing, random “undo” dialogue boxes, and logging in over and over. Sent from the most recent crash of this app on my iPad Pro.

Blank Screen

App is unusable. After updating to the latest release, the app is only showing blank white screen. I have re installed and restarted my phone and even installed to another phone and its the exact same thing.
