Mobility MVMNT

I’ve been following MVMNT’s sequences consistently for awhile now, the time it takes me to warm up before a work out has decreased because of MVMNTs effectiveness. I also squat pain free since using MVMNT !! 🤯

What’s not to love?? So many different sequences and exercises, all easy to follow, all make me move better! It really is the best!!!

Prep, protocols, recovery... Variety of time durations, well-indexed and easy to find. Crystal’s instructive demonstrations are intelligent, effective and enjoyable. Athletes of all abilities will find this app helpful and functional. Great for CrossFittters, Powerlifters, Olympic lifters, and general population alike.

Love this app and the sequences! Doing Mobility MVMNT daily has helped not only with my mobility, but also with my stability and movement patterns. The plus side is that it doesn’t take that much time out of my day too!

The App is great, I can stream the videos to my Apple TV. I also enjoy Crystals voice, it is very calming. I would recommend getting a membership with MVMNT!

I’ve used ROMWOD for 3 years, and GOWOD for 1 year. Once I discovered Mobility Movement, I’m convinced it’s the superior mobility program that translates into improved range of motion for CrossFit. I cancelled membership to the other programs and only have this one now. Crystal’s voice is super pleasant to listen to. I love how the program is always new and exciting. It’s not just the same old passive stretches like other programs. She incorporates active range of motion such as CARS and improving the end ranges. 5 stars all the way!

2019 I focused on mobility.. I went through all the available programs - ROMWOD, GOWOD, etc. Mobility MVMNT is the only program that helped my drive SIGNIFICANT improvements in my range of motion. Crystal has taught me so much about mobility and my body. She has improved all aspects of my movement and it really transfers into my daily life! Having all the videos readily available via app makes this platform even easier to use!! 5 STAR ALL AROUND!
