This app is not working most of the time. The billing details have disappeared . One day it is there the next day it is missing . You should try to make it more customer friendly.
Not worth even trying to download it. One of the worst apps ever
Total BS! Nothing is accurate except for the data amount which they eagerly wait to ripoff from and can’t even login that it gives quite different information after. E-bills not viewable and payment gate to access cards are not functioning. Malfunction at its best i’d say! Why do you even hire developers?
I am really disappointed as a Mobitel user while using this App. It is developed with Basic features, so need to improve the App to have the best features. Mobitel released the Selfcare app after so many years, I think they announced the app recently, since they took lots of time, I thought they will come up with one of the BEST app among in the mobile service provider in Sri Lanka, But they failed!!!!!! I am really disappointed and sad about this!!! And mCash app is also one of the disaster!! I don’t like Dialog but honestly their selfcare and other apps are Really good to use. Recently I am getting this error message in the Mobitel selfcare app : “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try again later” As a Mobitel user I beg you to introduce the BEST App for you customers, Please. I am putting this review because I believe you will do something at least after this!!! I want the Mobitel to be the best service provider in Sri Lanka in all fields.
