Most unreliable app ever

Pls check your selfcare appa its not working. We cant see any details for this app.. very very disappointed in this appa.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This app is not working most of the time. The billing details have disappeared . One day it is there the next day it is missing . You should try to make it more customer friendly.

Not worth even trying to download it. One of the worst apps ever

Total BS! Nothing is accurate except for the data amount which they eagerly wait to ripoff from and can’t even login that it gives quite different information after. E-bills not viewable and payment gate to access cards are not functioning. Malfunction at its best i’d say! Why do you even hire developers?

I am really disappointed as a Mobitel user while using this App. It is developed with Basic features, so need to improve the App to have the best features. Mobitel released the Selfcare app after so many years, I think they announced the app recently, since they took lots of time, I thought they will come up with one of the BEST app among in the mobile service provider in Sri Lanka, But they failed!!!!!! I am really disappointed and sad about this!!! And mCash app is also one of the disaster!! I don’t like Dialog but honestly their selfcare and other apps are Really good to use. Recently I am getting this error message in the Mobitel selfcare app : “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try again later” As a Mobitel user I beg you to introduce the BEST App for you customers, Please. I am putting this review because I believe you will do something at least after this!!! I want the Mobitel to be the best service provider in Sri Lanka in all fields.

It’s not that bad

This is the worst app I have ever seen. Constantly log me off and every time start the app as if it’s starting for the first time. Send you on a goose chase through the links. Some links in the app don’t work well or frozen. I mean this supposed to be the flagship telecom service of the country and all I can see is a app developed by a fifth grader. It’s been several weeks and the add-on link does not work and can’t change as I wish. Might as well migrate to a better service like Hutch or Dialog.

It doesn’t work properly.Useless

This app is not accurate at all. I don’t know why mobitel doesn’t bother about it. People face so many difficulties when using mobitel. Therefore they tend to choose alternatives. I’m a mobitel customer for more than 3 years. Yet I haven’t got any convinient service from mobitel unless we call and ask for the services. Since this is a well reputable company you people should be able to serve this country and its people more than this. Actually some other alternatives are way better than this yet we keep on hopes with mobitel since this is Sri Lankan and already used for this. Hope you will take my point of view in to consideration. Many people blame but yet they just go away without informing, which indirectly results no information that you’re getting. Please work towards this matter. Thanks Hanz
