Love love love this boutique! Everything I get is so well made and lasts for years!

Had 19 turns in cart, spent an hour going through entire website. Took a photo of my cat, changed back to the screen and it only saved three items which makes no sense as I viewed the cart several times while shopping. What a huge waste of time.

I am obsessed with this boutique! They have an incredible selection and some of the best fit descriptions around! Their measurements, fabric info, and fit graph help me find the right size and takes the guesswork out of shopping online! They ship quickly and have a simple return process in the event something isn’t quite right. 5 stars!!! This review isnt about the app, it’s about my shopping experience with Mod boutique. I made an order for three garments (my first order ever from them) and two items out of three came damaged and stained. I’ve never before received two out of three garments damaged in an order before. I reached out to customer service which took its time in helping me. After returning the items and finally receiving the replacements, I got yet ANOTHER stained garment! In fact the stains were in the same place as the previous garment which made me wonder if they didn’t just put the old one back in the mail and send it out again. Since there is no way to leave reviews on their clothes on the website or app, this review is to warn customers about Mod Boutique’s quality assurance standards. Simply be wary and maybe even be prepared to get sub par quality clothes even though you’ll be paying boutique prices.

Their app has always worked great for me and I almost exclusively use it to purchase when their new line drops on Sunday’s. Love this shop!
