This app is decent but not as good as using the website on mobile. You can’t filter as well on the mobile app. If the devs could add in full filter capability it would be great.

I bought a quarterly trial and had no access to the features. I reached out to their customer service to resolve the issue and they got back once and disappeared. I have since reached out again and have had. O response. Further more the site is not intuitive to navigate.There are other issues but will not elaborate as I do not want to offer any constructive feed back to an app that has taken my money and have not responded in a timely manner.

I’ve been getting spammy emails from model management for years now and cannot unsubscribe. I tried to delete my profile and it says error. Very annoying.

I was really excited to use this app as a beginner, but was very disappointed to see that you cannot apply to any casting without paying for this service. It would make a lot more sense if they gave you at least a handful of changes to apply before having to pay for their app. A great example is the newbook app. They let you apply to 5-8 castings a month as a non paying user. After using newbook and getting good jobs, I opted in for a subscription. It would help gain users’ trust and prove that it is worth the money. In the past I only got messaged by creepy guys. Why would I want to pay 9 dollars a month for creepers to creep?! I’m sure a lot of income could be gained from having advertisements to the non paying users as well. I see commercials for this app all the time, now I know how they can afford to put together/ put that much content out I suppose. This industry is already ripe for exploitation, please be better! #supportbeginnermodels

Customers should be able to try out more features before having to pay over $90 for an app hardly anybody knows about. As a model you are only able to apply to one “casting“ before this app asks you to pay a yearly subscription — there should be an option to pay monthly so we don’t have to drop or ridiculous amount of money on an app that we don’t even know works.

It won’t even let me delete my account, keeps saying expire or invalid token. Didn’t even send me an email to delete the account.

I get that you have to pay a subscription to use certain features but you literally can’t do anything with this app unless you pay an outrageous monthly fee of $49.99 a month. You can’t even search your area for models, you can’t send messages, you can’t even update your profile. All it does when trying to update your profile is says “an error has occurred.” The only thing you can do is rate models who are not even in your own country. At least give some basic features to search for models in our local area and charge to send them a message or email. I’ll be uninstalling this app and finding other options.

I’ve reached out and their customer support is horrible ! Limited options and the people who do reply or answer are already automated. I’ve been trying to delete my account and it says I have an active membership which I don’t and I been trying to get in contact and sending emails and no where to be found.
