I’m not impressed with this app. On days when ‘specials’ are encouraged, I can’t buy. Too time- consuming to try and get things done over and over. Suggest you use a different source to create a better app.

I’m not impressed with this app. On days when ‘specials’ are encouraged, I can’t buy. Too time- consuming to try and get things done over and over. Suggest you use a different source to create a better app.
The company doubled my order and charge my account without my authorization. I immediately called them to report the issue and after being on hold four times for over 45 minutes each time I finally got through to a customer service rep. This person said they would send me, a postage-paid return label and I could just return the double order and they would give me a credit sounded pretty good. However, I never got that email with that label. I sent A reminder email to that Customer Care representative reminding them they should send me the label. Never got a response. I’ve sent another email to customer service, explaining the issue took them multiple days to reply. Told me I only had a week once I received the shipment to make a return by that time It was over a week. I’ve tried calling again, several times, on hold for 45+ minutes with no one ever coming to the phone. I’m so done with this company!!
I get a monthly subscription but when I try to modify one of my products, it adds something else instead. I love the products but I’m so tempted to just cancel because app is the worst user experience!
This is the worse app ever!! Had to enter pmt options 3 different times, can’t navigate through this website! Very frustrating!!
Love the Revitalize! I add it my water, great flavor. It helps me get the water I need. I’ve tried several of the products and, have had great results. Prices are ok.
The app itself is ok, the navigation is clunky and not set up well for an iPad. The share cart function just displays a ‘thought bubble’ showing the Modere image with a Modere.io text display. there are no action buttons, and simply trying to paste, in case it auto copied (wishful thinking), doesn’t work.
The quality is so good and deff love the variety of items. Deff gotta try it if you haven’t already!
A menu bar that remains at the bottom of every page where customer service is a click away, a virtual assistant is a click away, how’s yours your experience going? A click away Using drop down boxes in your bundles for choosing flavors would save endless searching in a very poorly organized, overwhelming catalog that requires time consuming endless searching for products. (The “search” feature could be from the Flintstones) Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity! If your catalog is not as simple, easy and convenient to use as going on Amazon, your losing business. I have given up searches on your site due to the ridiculous amount of time it would take me to NOT be able to find something Communicating to the customer is something you need to put as an action item ASAP! When product ships and items are missing from your subscription, THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING COMMUNICATING THAT TO THE CUSTOMER!!! Especially when you still charge me for it. I really hope you can straighten out whatever “disconnects” you have going on in your organization. It’s quite apparent there are many. I recently tried a couple Amare products. It may be time to try something new until your organization can organized.
Very very good product
Seems to be the most basic part of doing business. Especially if a company cares about their customers. I order 2 items consistently and have a strong suggestion for packaging on both. Which I think is odd in itself. I only use 2 and I have an issue with both products to the point that I was actually wanting to contact the company! I never do that!
