1. Failed to register credit card into the database although already authorised multiple times 2. Took a while to for payment options to be press able before anything can be chosen 3. Would appreciate if WA CS advice is on which doctor to book first that suites our needs instead of us choosing ourself esp for first time customers 4. would appreciate if you provide complete profile for your vets or where they got their degrees etc so we can choose the vet with confidence
