I’ve been with Modo yoga since they opened in NY. Before that I went to number of yoga studios in Ny and most of them were ok but not good enough. Modo is great! All teachers including staff always helpful and lovely. Go Modo!

I hate winter. After many years of fighting it, in the fall of 2019 l decided to try Modo to stay in touch with my body (that is, not be wrapped in fleece 24/7 from October through April) and soak up some warmth a couple times a week. Not being a consistent yogi (I’d go to a class now and then, mostly special events at breweries) and over 60, I was hesitant. What I discovered was a caring, supportive community of fabulous teachers and yogis and a total addiction. After only a couple of weeks, I found myself going daily, not just in cold weather but throughout the year. Unless I’m sick or out of town, I’m on my mat daily and I couldn’t be happier.
