Having a good experience with their services, the application is very well designed. The app has also been helpful in finding products to buy new ones. The support team is also great, and answers all my questions quickly and accurately.

Never ever buy any product from this company. Biggest cheaters in market. They never refund any money or take faulty product back.

They first deliver you faulty product and then they won’t pickup your call in customer care, neither they respond over a email. I have received faulty chair and felt like they have delivered intentionally faulty chair.

I ordered a ZAP Branded waterfall sink, the product delivered is unbranded and totally different from the one displayed on the app. My return claim has been rejected thrice, with the reason that it is the only product available. They are CHEATS having displayed different product and sending unbranded junk. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered product of certain specifications and received product with wrong specifications. When requested for exchange they are not rejecting the request without even considering from the customer side. Very bad service received from customer service as they don’t respond at all.

Request to all suppliers/sellers to not to sell on moglix. There is 90% return on this platform and for all the returns you need to raise tickets as there will be wrong products/scrap when you receive it. They consumer support system is very disgusting.i have experienced it personallv.of all returns only 50% will be in consumer support and other 50% will be in seller support.The pavment is said to be 15 davs but i have not vet received anv pavment for 1st order which was shipped 30 days back.If you believe it is a good platform then to try first 5-10 orders then you can see the result. Till date i have sent 9-10 orders and i have received 6 returns. I dont want to defame anyone, but plz do the business carefully.They show sucess story of 5-10 of 1000 people which have done good business with moglix others have are still fighting for their hard earned money.

This is a cheating website. Please be aware ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Do not buy anything. All the nice reviews are fake - everyone has lost money. Fir is pending to shut down Moglix.
