App doesn’t work for me. Wouldn’t let me log in, got a temp password, displayed no information. No balance, no payment history, nothing. Logged in online with previous password (after getting the temp) and saw everything.

I can’t even log in even though my info is correct, and getting on the phone with customer service is a ridiculous long wait. I use the website with no problems.

This company is absolutely horrible.. I am so disappointed in the Federal Education department for allowing such a terrible company takeover student loans. I have never had a good interaction with any of their staff. None of them know what they are talking about. Also good luck getting ahold of anybody… because they didn’t have their stuff together for the beginning of repayment they automatically put me in forbearance which resulted in 3 payments not counting towards my PSLF. This company shouldn’t exist and and hate the federal government for working with them for student loans.

The app is no longer usable per the developer. All services for MOHELA must be done through the website.

Why is the app no longer available? Is it transitioning to a newer improved app?

Why is the app being updated if we are no longer able to sign in? I receive a message that I need to login via a website. Please bring back the app.

The app is still available on the App Store (afaict) and was just updated with “bug fixes” 14 hours ago (at time of writing), yet when I try to login I get this message: > The MOHELA mobile app is being discontinued effective 03/14/2024. After this date, please log in to your account on our website 🤔

You get us with insane interest payments, pretty much keeping us in a lifetime of debt, making so much money. Yet an app has strained your wallet? Removing the app is just ridiculous! What was the reasoning, please enlighten us.

It was easier to submit payments using the App. Why did you discontinue it? Bring it back :(

Please bring this thing back. It’s so much easier than having to log onto a website every time I need to make a payment or check information. Four taps on a screen and done. My loan payment is complete. Taking this away from busy people doesn’t make any sense. Please bring it back.
