My frustration with this app
This app and service is so frustrating and response customers is sos so annoying, for over two weeks now I’ve been trying to get light unit to no avail…

1. Credit token purchase for self and others i.e. user can purchase to token themselves and also for family and friends.
2. Transaction history of last five credit token purchase i.e. users can keep records of their token generated in the application.
3. Credit token received via email i.e when token is purchase successfully, user can also obtain their credit token via email attached to the meter number.

The app is not fully functional, how can an app that serves a sensitive purpose be this dull… Paystack and Remits payment option is not working… Talking of dullness, who on earth employed your customer support reps?
