Great content and extremely positive. Knowledgeable and kind. Great stuff
Absolutely phenomenal! Courtney and the MommaStrong team have changed my life. I have a whole new relationship with my body and exercise! Thank you!!
This program was my way back to exercise after having a baby and helped prep me for the second pregnancy! I love it so much and make all my friends sign up too!
Love the MommaStrong program and app. My husband even got into it as well and uses the PappaStrong program now. Love Courtney’s outlook, her real life videos, and overall demeanor. Been using the program for about three years now — starting just weeks after my daughter was born in 2020. Yay for Courtney and all moms who want to be stronger, but more importantly, more functional in their movements.
I wish I could give it 10 stars. Life changing. Phenomenal. Courtney and her whole team are insanely knowledgeable and helpful!
I’ve been doing Mommastrong since I had my firstborn almost 6 (!!) years ago and it’s a great way to recover postpartum and make exercise accessible as a busy mom. The app makes it even more convenient!
This is the best program I’ve ever encountered. The app is a great way to access it. The latest changes make it even easier to use.
I got this just before my 2nd son was born and it is amazing! It’s perfect for every stage, focuses on function over cosmetic appearances and even adds in some mental health encouragement too! Weight, size etc. is never mentioned. She encourages just showing up in the imperfections (and models it herself) and even includes a section in Hazy Days for exercising when baby won’t let you put them down! There are sections targeting a sorts of specific issues moms face with their bodies (incontence, back pain, ab separation etc.) in such a down to earth way.
I’ve literally never enjoyed working out and for the first time in my life I actually can motivate myself to do these workouts. I’ve learned a lot about my body, stuff they don’t teach in school, and I see serious results internally and externally. Courtney is super down to earth and I feel like I’m working out with a friend. I tell everyone I know about Mommastrong because it’s accessible and ridiculously affordable. I hope one day they’ll do a Grandmastrong because I am here to stay!
