Try to upgrade the app by adding those online banking to your app and pos terminal like opay, palmpay, kuda and lot of online banking and add fingerprint to it

This app has become unusable of late. It asks for OTP every time you open it. It’s frustrating. Customers do not have that kind of patience when they can obtain a physical card elsewhere in seconds. I have stopped using it until this abnormal OTP requests is fixed. Does MYN even read these reviews at all?

Nonsense app.

Am always afraid of momo network the last time i funded my account through first bank mobile app up till today I haven’t received the alert….it’s so frustrating. I had laid complains on virtually all the platforms but yet no reply
