Won’t let you login keep showing login unsuccessful it has so many problems and I think they’re not trying to fix any at all or improve. Please do not download this is the worst app ever

Transferred money to my MoMo account and it took 3 full days before it could reflect. Do better 🥲

The app is so slow and it's frustrating

The app is very bad I hate the app , trying to login you will have to receive code every time you want to login , and most time to login in take you 2hours , this just a bad app , the app should be banned

You guys need to improve on your customer service. I transferred money from my Opay to my Momo and I didn’t receive the money, I tried reporting the issue and called customer service but it didn’t work, then I texted, for the past two days now I haven’t gotten any response. I also reported the issue to Opay and I got an email from Opay the next day, but Momo that has the issue hasn’t responded nor replied my text 😤😤

It keeps saying verification failed, and I’m wondering if it’s a glitch And urgent response will be appreciated

The customer care service is the worse I have ever experienced… don’t put money in MoMo bcos they will just refuse u access to your account even with your correct password and when you try to reset ur pin they will ask u questions that you know d answers and still tell you your answers are incorrect and they can’t tell u which one is wrong or not…. Their customer service is so bad and the app security is messed up bcos at times u can login even with the wrong password…
