Just finished my yin yoga practice with Jan, and I feel exhilarated! The hour practice flew by and my body felt I can have and hold more of those stretches longer!! I love my Yin!!

Each time I want to switch studios it bumps me all the way out and I have to re-login every time -seems like a glitch…

Annoying to use on an iPad as it is all sideways and when you have a keyboard you have to look at the app sideways
