Monapass

I only used this app for a day while in Monaco and it worked fine as I was able to purchase a bus pass without hassle. However, paying for the same was tedious as I had to manually enter card details. Integrating with Apple Pay would make things much easier for the users.

For example it is very hard if not impossible to change payment card. So frustrating.

Impossible to add a card, the app goes into a « wrong password » loop. Worse, it locks you out after 6 logins, a security practice from the 90s no one implements anymore. It’s unintuitive, complex to use and doesn’t even support Apple Pay. The 2000s called and want their application back. Waste of government money, poor execution and no quality control. Welcome to Monaco.

Was able to buy a pass, then board the Monaco bus. Would love if they could add Apple Pay, but other then that, no complaints.

As a developer myself this is a disgrace to the App Store. When it works the functionality is there, however it is so clunky and scarcely works that this app has cost me far more than just paying cash at every available time. I highly recommend that they up their game and sort out this rubbish app.

La dématérialisation des titres de transports et des places pour certains événements sportifs rend la gestion de mes déplacements en principauté beaucoup plus simples. Plus besoin de prendre et payer ses tickets au chauffeur de bus ou de retirer mes places aux guichets du stade !! L’interface est très intuitive et l’ergonomie très simple. Merci !

I use MonaBike every day and it is a great service. I also feel that I do my bit to help reduce emissions and contribute towards saving our ozone layer and ultimately our planet.

Enfin une application qui permet de combiner transports et loisirs dans une même ville sans avoir à acheter des billets physiques. Très pratique, facile à paramétrer et à utiliser !
