The app layout is quite simple and straightforward. Initial impression is that it’ll be easy to use. However, after making subscription (that part is easy and swift), the download takes quite a while. Only if the reading experience would be smoother!
Whilst I love the magazine, issues persist with my online subscription. I’ve been unable to access it for about 3 weeks and was told by mag shop that it’s an AP issue that is out of their control and it should be fixed soon. I’m a new subscriber. February’s issue has only just appeared and now my subscription is not recognised and I’m being asked to pay for it. I have been dealing with your team who have been good, but this has been going on for a month.
