Moneydance

Started using Moneydance in 2004. It has been great and this app adds to it.

I was hoping the iOS app would have useful features but mainly just allows you to add transactions. Would love to see more features likes budgets, reminders etc that are included in desktop app.

Love this but since update today it is extremely slow and crashed too

This app needs to be updated!!! I choose to sync to my iCloud on the desktop version but because the app isn’t updated that isn’t an option and now I am stuck as the app is stuck on the sync page. The app for me right now is useless!!

Love this app. I’ve been using this app for years for tracking, balancing and forward planning of all accounts. Easy to use and when I’ve had issues the support has been top-notch.

We have used Moneydance for years. Recently, following Mac and IOS updates, we could no longer sync with the IOS devices. Despite a number of back and forth emails with their service department, no solution was found. With a lot of work (transferring data), we have dumped Moneydance for another app. Hopefully we won’t run into the same problem.

Never had a problem in the four years I’ve been using it. I’ve been syncing between my Mac and iPhone using Dropbox. I’ve never needed customer support.

Been trying to get this working with my iPad for a while now. Contacted their support and nothing they suggested worked. No I don’t hear from them at all.

I used Quickbooks for years and once I retired I just needed something simple to track my bank accounts. This app worked right away on all my Apple devices and enjoy being able to update my accounts from wherever I am. The app works smoothly, never had any glitches after 3 months. Love the features and to be able to use reconciliation. Love the short cut key strokes. Thanks MoneyDance

I am evaluating different financial softwares to use for personal money management mainly budgeting .MoneyDance desktop application seemed to be a winner until I installed the app. What a let down ! It doesn't show any budget, it is only usable for entering transactions .
