Hello everyone don’t use money first app for any signal transaction they are doing threat with customer and there staff don’t know reason and always giving false commitment why I am telling this all because on 29th December 2024 I did payment till yet not received to my family in India and still they are giving false reason and I know they are giving free charges but service is pathetic and I will not recommend to use anyone otherwise everyone trouble like me.

This is Rubbish app ever I see In my life. It is actually a SCAM. They using your money for 1-2 weeks. If you don’t do follow up, they will never send your money. DON’T USE PLEASE 🙏

I’m very disappointed with your app’s service for these reasons: 1. Slow Support Responses: The support team takes too long to reply every time. 2. Delays in Money Transfers: Transfers are always delayed, taking more than a week. 3. Broken Promises: Support says transfers will be done in 24 hours, but it always takes much longer. 4. No Urgency for Emergencies: Even when I told support my mom was in the hospital, they didn’t prioritize my transfer. 5. Too Many Excuses: I keep getting told to wait over and over until I’m tired of asking.

All they got is a single template saying that they are processing soon but it takes them atleast 10-30 days leaving you nightmares

This is the worst app and worst customer service ever. They say it will be done within 24 to 48 hours, but it never reached the recipient account. If there is a score for this app from zero I would give zero. The manager here is Rishi, supervisor, Team lead is also the same person and does nothing other than fooling customers. And asks to Show professionalism.

I have made a transaction on 07/08 and I am still waiting. Do not use this app ever, I repeat do not use this app. They are still saying we are doing your case on priorty basis

Don’t wall into the higher conversion rate trap. They just keep hold of your money and wait for the rates to go down for them to make profit off of our money. No customer support, No updates, some pathetic AI worded template responses for queries. In the 2 instances I have used this app, I had to follow up and beg them to transfer my money for at least a week before they responded. Don’t use this app ever!

Don’t trust this fraud platform

I downloaded and subscribed to this app. Even though they offer good rates, but they don’t credit the beneficiary in time. Sometimes even after 10 days they don’t credit . Whenever we follow up the matter, we get a standard reply that the transaction is in process and will be updated soon. That never happens and we have to be after them to get the money. In India, every time the money gets credited from different remitters. Each remitter has some funny names. So beware of these things before using this App.

Please don’t even try this .. it’s already being 4 days. Im chatting on their whats app number .. response is too slow and they still saying we are working on it for 4 days .. its better to use western union or other companies pay an extra $5 .. this is my 2nd time i am stuck in this.. i should not send through 2nd time.
