MoneyGram® Money Transfers App

Years ago the app was amazing! Now my last few transactions became weird. It’s like my recipients that i have saved for years are missing from my profile. I keep being prompted to add them again and when i try to a message pops up that they exist already but only like 5-7 receivers are visible

On August 11, 2024, I made a money transfer using the MoneyGram app. On the same day, the money was transferred from my bank account in the US, but I have not yet received it in my account in Brazil. Today is August 16, and the money has not been transferred to my bank account in Brazil. This transfer usually takes in few hours. I have already sent an email and opened two complaints, but I only receive an automatic response and no one explains to me what happened. Case number: 35987847 Case number: 35982045

This is my go to app for sending money to family.. & I always recommend it to anyone.. However, the new update has moved my list of recipients. Please fix..!!

Why does this app even have a 4.9 review? Are they fake reviews? I had to send medical emergency money to my family was told it was ready for pick up so my family immediately tried to retrieve for them to get denied and on my end my account has been deleted and the money is gonna be refunded in 10 or more days. Really??? Just remove this app if it’s not even working. I wish I read the reviews before frantically trying to send emergency money.

Why did this version cancel the feature that allowed users to send money to a recipients bank account using IBAN instead of receiving cash at a location? Bring back “Send to Bank Account”!!!

An extra dollar for an exchange rate? In El Salvador where am I from the currency that is used is the dollar. I would believe you if the colon was still used. New invention to steal from people. It seems to me that I will report you. How about an increase of characters used as password? Eight characters as password is not secure.

I used to send mi ey thought this app but now I have been trying to send money and the app freeze or sometimes says that my username is not authorized… etc I can’t send money now. I tried to call customer service they never ask, deleted and downloaded the app again. Nothing. I gives up with this app and started using Western Union.
