My loan application was really easy to apply for with great communication throughout the process the only issue I had was with submitting the bank statements but the link for this eventually worked would be great if you could just email bank statements through as some banks make data sharing extremely difficult or just won’t allow it. I’d highly recommend MoneyMe to anyone as they are always really helpful and unlike most companies you can get in touch with them quickly. Never been on hold on the phone for more than one minute. Keep up the awesome work.

I’m trying to apply for a car loan but can’t do with the app.

I HAVE TO REWRITE THIS REVIEW AND REDUCE TO A SINGLE STAR! One year on and the problem of simply being able to login without getting locked out persists! The app consistently fails to authenticate on opening as it automatically engages FaceID and FAILS DESPITE as successful response from iOS The PIN then doesn't work despite also being correct and restarting the app without waiting ages simply fails FaceID again locking the account for 15 minutes. AS THIS APP IS THE _ONLY_ way to interact with my account and it constantly prevents me from managing my position, I will be soon reporting MoneyMe to the regulator for breach of service. Fix this *#%! or start getting fined.

READ YOUR CONTRACT VERY CLOSELY. This has to be the dodgiest and most expensive credit card product in the country. Repayment terms are out of control and WAAAAY above industry standards despite the fact there is no possible way I could have passed a servicing test with a repayment that high (they are anything but a Responsible Lender). I have an extensive background in credit coaching and I’ve never seen anything like these guys. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY WILL TRAP YOU IN A NEVER-ENDING CYCLE OF MASSIVE INTEREST PAYMENTS AND ITTY BITTY PRINCIPAL REDUCTION. The definition for these types of lenders is “unconscionable”.

I downloaded the app to apply for a credit card but I can’t seem to find any way of doing so!

Every time I log in using the app the available information changes. It alternates between my credit score and my personal loan. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app so many time just to see my loan information. For a financial institution to have such crappy IT facilities for their customers is a bit pathetic. We should be able to log into the app and see every service we use every time.

I have used this company twice now , easy process and a really quick turn around with funds , easy manageable payment plans . Great service
