reviews are complaining about. Support answered me within hours. You can pay the $ and try the Money Connect feature. You have 30 days to request a full refund if it does not work or you do not like it. Its on their site under FAQ's. So far Quicken hasn't been able to fix my issue going on 5 weeks. I have had Quicken since the DOS days and updated with each version. Since being sold every year I have issues connecting to my bank after they do an update. So far this had been a great alternative.
