Poor search functions
Unlike the webpage where you can search for things like salary and contract type, these do not appear on app version, so have deleted it.

Sure it looks nice but the functionality leaves a lot to be desired… cannot filter for different sectors, contracts, pay scales or anything useful. Other job apps - Reed for example - offer far superior filtering but Monster is sadly lacking. If the user cannot narrow down their search more effectively than I have to ask what’s the point of this app?
Very poor app, logged me out and will not let me back in. Had to keep changing my password but to no avail. Their website is no better. It’s showing I have received messages / notification but does not let me access them. Very frustrating and not much help. Alert facility is quite good but again not much use if you have to log in to apply for anything…..
there are 2 problems: 1. the options are too less. I just wish to receive all related jobs in the uk because I can relocate, but the app only allow for input location or remote; 2. sometimes, even if I input the location, the app still cant save my alert and it said "The field is required".
I’ve received the same old jobs all located in Leeds or Yorkshire for the past 6 weeks I live in Essex so no good for me
As a source for jobs, the search is primitive. It needs to look to the likes of ‘job serve’ or ‘CV library’ to give more control over the results returned. A lot of the jobs I searched for redirect you to the agent or company’s own website where you have to start entering your details again. This is despite all relevant data been extracted from my cv having already in the app. This is often because the client has more questions to ask before the application can go forward so, again referring to other apps, why not offer the employer the ability to add prescreening questions before an application can go forward. One last thing is once I have applied for a job, it should indicate this to me the next time that job appears in a search. I know there is a list of jobs I have applied for, but I can’t be bothered to cross reference when the app should do that for me. It is after all meant to be supporting my job search, not hindering it.
The app looks clean and works smoothly, but the in ability to filter between permanent and contract options, plus the inability to sort by relevancy / pay makes it largely pointless to use.
Nothing is working on app
Not impressed with jobs the location you put in it give you jobs further away I don’t have transport what good is it
Yet another completely useless app. I can not download my CV from DropBox or Indeed. I can not create a new CV. I downloaded my CV to my iCloud but the file is blank? It will not let me access it. Pretty asinine. Indeed seems like the only app that actually lets you download a file from Dropbox that actually works. And indeed is the only app that lets you create a CV from scratch. Pretty useless app.
