Games these days are so stupid with there buy in app stuff that you need just to play the god daym game

You get it to the next level because you have to do an ad but I tried to do the ad and it didn’t work because I know there’s like a glitch or something and I can’t get to the next level so it’s so so annoying.

I wish I didn’t have to buy things because I haven’t played this game since 2016 because I new I had to buy everything because I only got to level 4

The game is simple and does not offer anything special. You pay 7 dollars to unlock 2 more levels and 1-2 items per level. The game only goes to level 8. I wish I could get my money back.

This game is so much fun it teaches kids how to be a doctor
