No Support Contact Possible

My game will not save and an error message states that I have no internet connection. I DO HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION and all of my other internet based apps work just fine. I get another error message when attempting contact on the developer website or contact via the app support feature. There is no contact available, no support whatsoever.

I have had this game for over a year and I still go back to it. It is good to see a Dev that is not a giant (ai. Gameloft ) do updates so the game stays fresh! Thanks for a playable game.
