This app inspires me to live a better life. Sharing workouts and outdoor adventures, what can be better?! What a break from all the rest of social media apps that are filled with vanity and profanity. A++!

I have finally found an app that is now my go-to place where I can look for and save workout routines, build my workout library, try new categories AND build my community around it. Each exercise has instructions how to do it so you don’t have to guess. I can also share my favorite workout routines and stay connected with my friends. This is my fitness community!

These workout templates are so helpful for sharing content! Can’t wait to see the community grow so I can pick up more exercises!

On other social platforms, if I come across a workout that I want to try, I take a screenshot. But then that screenshot, along with the hundreds of others I’ve taken, gets lost in the clutter of my camera roll and I end up never being able to find it again. This is a super good idea, now I can save workouts that I wanna try, and follow the people who post workouts that fit my routine! 💪🏽🤘🏽
