No setup instructions. Can’t connect remotely. Thinking of sending whole setup back; NVR, Csmeras, everything. Terrible app.

9/10 times when you open the app, you cant connect to the camera. I spend more time logging out and back in or deleting and reinstalling the camera. Its embarrassing to share this with friends that want to view my Sheep Cam.

Playback doesn’t allow you to go back at a certain time anymore

This app started out functional. When they switched to version 2.2 the app became unusable. I’ll get an alert, click said alert, and it will send me back several hours instead of to the actual alert. Then I’ll try to fast forward to the alert and it would keep restarting to the random time frame of its choosing. Also I used to have my four favorites set up to display when I turned on the app. Now I gotta click more buttons to get to live. Please fix otherwise I’ll need to look elsewhere. Original review in 2019: The cameras are great! The app is good and easy to use. As others have said, the connection takes a while compared to my WIFI when trying to review a video clip on LTE.

App was good before the update. The bright white is absolutely terrible.

Pretty much anyone who invests the money for a good Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera is going to want to set up “Tours”, or “Pans” or some pattern where the camera is looking at different points and possibly different zoom levels. The main failure of this app is that is that while the camera is on tour, if you see something that you would like to inspect closer, the moment you Pan, Tilt, or Zoom, using this app, it takes you out of the “Tour” mode, (which it should), but has no option to return to any setup Tour or Pan routine. You have to wait until you have access to the software on the NVR, or software that was downloaded to a computer, to return the system to a Touring or Panning routine.

Work good. I can view all my cameras.

App is good, but has connectivity issues. When you are at home, it’s good. The minute I’m out of my home network, it won’t connect and gives message failed to connect. I have to restart my phone and then it will connect. Need to fix this connectivity issues.

Works perfectly has some issues on playback but its not that big of a deal.
