Pas honnête, pas transparent
Tout porte à croire que vous payez votre abonnement plus de 20 € pour un an et que vous avez un accès full à l’application. Eh bien non, vous avez des crédits qui vous limite encore l’utilisation et ces crédits fondent à vue d’œil. Les effets ne fonctionnent qu’avec certains types de prise de vue, mais dans la plupart des cas le résultat n’est même pas satisfaisant. Si je dois vous dire quelque chose, c’est, ne payer pas, ça n’en vaut pas la peine.

I signed up for a free trial, but neither the app nor my iTunes account gave me the option to cancel(I noticed that the app seemed glitchy after I started the trial). Then I was charged 19.99(plus tax). The app is okay, but still has a long way to go before it’s worth 19.99, and I work for a living-I don’t buy things I don’t need. I messaged the developer to ask for a refund and have received no response.

I paid for the year, used it a week and it crashed where I was unable to see any pictures I created. I could not access customer support from the app at all. I tried to reach out from here and no response. I need a FULL REFUND, extremely poor customer service !!!!!

Don’t fall for the free trial! They charge you anyways! I tried to do a cllaim with apple, and guess what my refund was declined and I have to send another claim on why I should get a refund! This is ridiculous! Don’t fall for the free trial!!!

Do not do the free trial. There is no free trial, even though it tells you there is. It will charge your card the 7.99 regardless. I reached out to Apple to request a refund and they denied it. How are they allowed to get away with this?!?!? DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL!
